Terms of service

General terms

  • Do not claim my work as your own or attempt to resell it. Please credit me for the piece.

  • I reserve the right to show off my work in my portfolio and/or social media, unless otherwise agreed upon, or unless the commissioner specifically requests to wait until a certain date.

  • Refunds are allowed if I haven't started the commission or if I'm unable to finish it. Once I start working refunds are not allowed.

Payment

  • Work on the commission will only start after the payment has been received. If you prefer, you can pay 50% at the start and the remaining 50% after completion. However, you will only receive the final non-watermarked work after the full payment has been received.

  • I accept PayPal for payments.

Process

  • Don't forget to provide me with detailed description of what you want so we can understand each other better and to avoid confusion (style, size, pose, colors, reference photos...).

  • Up to 4 revisions are included during the sketch and base color stage. Any further revisions will incur an additional cost.

  • No changes are allowed once the illustration or design is finished.
